Model Table MARKETING CAMPAIGN ACTION DIM

This model dimension represents actions created in marketing campaigns and is based on the IFS Cloud fact FACT_BUSINESS_ACTIVITY. All models that refers to this dimension will have the attributes and hierarchies as described below.

Attribute	Description (where applicable)
Activity Type	The Activity Type shows whether the action is a Meeting, Task, Call, Chat or E-Mail.
Activity Type ID	The Activity Type shows whether the action is a Meeting, Task, Call, Chat or E-Mail.
Campaign Action	Defines the marketing campaign action.
Campaign Action Description	Marketing campaign action description.
Campaign Action End Date	The end date of the campaign action.
Campaign Action No	The ID of the marketing campaign action.
Campaign Action Status	The status of the marketing campaign action.
Campaign Activity Sub Type	Activity Sub Types are used to specify the nature of an activity.

Data source Information

The data source for this object is defined using IFS Developer Tool. The data source contains a number of transformations where the model reads data from the last step, i.e. the Data source view name (DW Source View Name).
